Egg Plant in Peanut Butter Curry

I tried this Egg Plant Curry the day I prepared Peanut Butter. I wanted to try it after seeing a different recipe but with this Yumm Combo in Mrs.Priya Suresh's Blogspace. This Curry tasted awesome even with Steamed rice. It can be done in a Jiffy (12 mins) to serve 4 nos with less efforts. Its seen deliciously creamy even with 1 tbsp Peanut Butter. (My Mom does this gravy with cashew paste too). This serves an yumm an easy taste match with Rice and Indian Breads. Try this Easy n Yumm Curry at home and Enjoy Easy Cooking at home!. Yum Yum!. Enjoy Ur Meal!. BonAppetit!.
